We start at four stars — and go up from there
We don't publish a fixed hotel list, because we don't book off the shelf. We match the accommodation to your group — a relaxed four-star country hotel with a proper Andalusian kitchen, or a five-star retreat when the trip calls for something special. Either way, it's arranged, transferred and looked after as part of the package.
The four-star stay
Character, comfort and a serious kitchen
Our four-star base is a traditional country hotel a short drive from the ground — marble-columned courtyards, cool tiled floors and the unhurried feel of rural Andalucía. It's the kind of place that's genuinely of its region rather than anywhere-in-particular.
The heart of it is the food: a charcoal grill at the centre of the kitchen, premium Iberian meats and fresh market fish, paired with one of the largest wine cellars in the area. Long, generous dinners after a day's shooting are part of the point.

The five-star stay
Quiet luxury, deep in the countryside
When the occasion calls for it, we step the trip up to a five-star retreat — a restored hilltop hamlet of whitewashed buildings set in its own estate, with olive groves and mountains in every direction and barely another light to be seen after dark.
Rooms are understated and beautifully done: hand-finished linens, timber shutters thrown open to the hills, private terraces for a slow morning coffee. It's the sort of place you book for a landmark trip — a big birthday, a client group you want to impress, a once-in-a-while treat.
